Ayurvedic In-person Therapies

In Sanskrit, the word for Oil – Sneha – is the same as for Love. Unique to Ayurveda, specialized oil treatments allow for the penetration and cleansing of deep, subtle tissues; activating of the inner channels of healing; and the removal of deep-seated dosha & toxins. They’re both gentle and powerful, and equally healing for the physical and subtle bodies. Most clients feel an immediate reduction of pain, improved functioning, and a sense of great release and relaxation.

Offerings include Marma (gentle pressure point therapy), Shirodhara (warm medicated oil poured over the ajña chakra / third eye), and Basti (therapeutic oil bath treatments at targeted points) for eyes, heart, neck, back, knees and sacrum.
